Validation Engineer (medical device development)

Description:
- Working within a multi-disciplinary medical device development
team, focused primarily on drug delivery technologies
- Ensure validation activities are consistent approached across
all products and projects
- Specific responsibility for:
- Preparation of master validation plans for products, projects
and processes.
- Preparation of design and process validation protocols and
reports
- Reviewing sub-contractor validation protocols and reports
- Establishing criteria to ensure validations are fit for
purpose
- Establishing and verifying methods to be used, including
gauge repeatability and reproducibility (Gauge R&R) study
techniques
- Overseeing testing and validation programmes
- Analysing and reporting on data produced during internal
and sub-contractor validation programmes
